As of September 2021, we are using a new system to manage accounts for our external (non-UWA) clients. This will require all external users to update their password to regain access to UniPrint Online Ordering. To update your password please follow the process described below:

  1. Go to Online Ordering External Account Log in

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account
  2. Enter the password Temp1234 (note the capital 'T') as shown below

At this point you will be presented with the following form:

  1. Re-enter the temporary password Temp1234 into the 'Current Password' field
  2. Enter your new password (note: you can use your old password if you like)
  3. Enter your new password again into the 'Confirm Your New Password' field

Once this process is completed, you will be able to access UniPrint Online Ordering again. You will also be able to reset your password at anytime via the 'Forgotten your username or password?' page.
